I'll only accept payment through PayPal or PIX;

I'll never ask you to cover PayPal fees;

You must pay me first so I can start working on your commission (the only exception being if you've been a past client of mine, which I will accept 50/50 payments);

Prices may rise depending on the complexity of the character.

Refunds will not happen unless I have not yet started your commission. To avoid that, BE 100% CERTAIN of what you want and what you're paying for, especially if you're paying through PayPal (since taxes will take a fraction of the money);

Send me a clear, visual reference of the character you want me to draw. If you do not have such and want me to create the design from scratch, a simple doodle showing what you want will suffice;

I will not accept “draw like artist x” or “mimic this artstyle,” I will draw in my own style without copying from anyone.

I will regularly send you screenshots of any progress I make in your commission, big or small. Do not hesitate to contact me if I take too long (at least 2 weeks) to show any progress. I will also give you a link of my Trello so you can follow the progress of your commission and your position on the queue;

I will take about 2-4 weeks to finish your work, depending on how many people are on queue and the complexity of your art;

If there is a deadline I need to meet, please contact me A MONTH PRIOR to your deadline.
